These Terms of Service apply when you use www.cozyprintsuk.com or purchase a product from Cozy Prints UK. Please read them together with our Return and Refund Policy, Privacy Policy and Shipping Policy.
1. About us
The store is operated by Sam Agnew trading as Cozy Prints UK. You can contact us at shopcozyprintsuk@gmail.com.
2. Using the store
You must use the store lawfully and provide accurate, current and complete information when ordering. You must not attempt to interfere with the store, introduce malicious code, misuse another person's information or use the store for fraudulent or unlawful purposes.
3. Product information
We take reasonable care to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours may appear differently between screens and the finished product. Small differences in print placement, scale or colour can occur between product sizes, phone models and production batches.
Product measurements, materials, compatibility information and care instructions are shown on the relevant product page. Please review all options, size guides and phone-model information before ordering.
4. Made-to-order production
Products are produced after an order is placed with the assistance of disclosed specialist production partners. Different products in one order may be manufactured or dispatched from different locations and can arrive separately.
5. Orders and acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. An automated confirmation acknowledges that we have received the order but does not necessarily mean that the order has been accepted. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the product.
We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance where, for example, payment is not authorised, a product or variant is unavailable, an obvious pricing error has occurred, delivery cannot be completed or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has been taken for an order we cancel, the relevant amount will be refunded.
6. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in the currency displayed by the store and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, if any, are shown during checkout. You must provide a valid payment method and authorise the relevant payment provider to collect the amount shown.
7. Personalisation
Where personalisation is offered, you are responsible for checking spelling, dates, names and other submitted details. We will normally reproduce the information exactly as supplied. Personalised or custom-made goods may not qualify for a change-of-mind return, but statutory rights for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods still apply.
8. Delivery
Production and delivery estimates are explained in our Shipping Policy and during checkout. Dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please contact us before ordering if a product is needed for a fixed event date.
9. Cancellations, returns and refunds
Cancellations, returns, refunds, faulty goods and exclusions are governed by our Return and Refund Policy and your statutory rights.
10. Intellectual property
The store content and original Cozy Prints UK artwork, illustrations, product designs, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to Cozy Prints UK. They may not be copied, reproduced, adapted, sold or used commercially without written permission.
Buying a physical product does not transfer ownership of the underlying artwork or grant a licence to reproduce it.
11. Reviews and user content
If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, abusive, misleading or infringing. Where you give us clear permission, we may use submitted content to promote the business, while respecting any agreed conditions.
12. Third-party services and links
The store relies on services provided by Shopify, Printify, payment providers, delivery carriers and other third parties. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for third-party content or services outside our control, although this does not limit any responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.
13. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.
We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was formed, or for business losses suffered by a consumer. If you purchase for business purposes, different legal rules may apply.
14. Events outside reasonable control
We are not responsible for delay or failure caused by events outside our reasonable control, such as carrier disruption, severe weather, industrial action, customs delays, system outages or production-partner interruption. We will take reasonable steps to reduce the impact and keep you informed.
15. Changes
We may update the store, product range and these terms. The terms applying to an order are normally those published when the order was placed, unless a change is required by law.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, you also retain any mandatory rights and protections that apply where you live.
