How does delivery work?
Standard UK delivery is free on every order. Delivery estimates are shown at checkout. Products can be made or dispatched by different partners, so items in one order may arrive separately.
What should I enter for a personalised print?
Enter the exact name, date and/or short message you want printed, then check spelling and punctuation carefully. If you spot a mistake after ordering, contact us as soon as possible; changes may not be possible once production begins.
What if something arrives damaged or incorrect?
Contact us with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll review it promptly and help put things right.
Can I return an item?
